HOW DO I RESERVE A TRUCK? For a special size truck, come into the Burgess Service Station five business days or so before moving day, leave a credit card deposit, and we'll have your truck or trailer here waiting for you on the specified date. Plus we always keep a few smaller trailers on hand for quick access.

HOW DO I RESERVE A STORAGE UNIT? Call or come into the station and tell us what you need.  After filling out a short application and paying the first and last month down, you're all set and ready to move in.

HOW CLOSE IS THE STORAGE FACILITY TO THE U-HAUL PLACE? Our storage facility is a short drive north on Highway 5 out of Jasper through Talking Rock and is located just a block off the highway. Just check out our maps for more details.

WHAT ID WILL I NEED TO SHOW TO RENT A TRUCK OR STORAGE UNIT? You must have a valid Driver's License for truck rental.  A valid ID is required for storage unit rental.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? U-Haul requires that trailer rentals and deposits be paid with a Visa or MasterCard credit card only. However, for the storage units, we can accept cash, major credit cards, and local checks.

IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT OR OTHER PAYMENT DUE IN ADVANCE? A deposit is required for all U-Haul rentals (payable by Visa or MasterCard only), which will be credited toward the rental. For storage units, the first and last month rental is due before move-in.

DO YOU HAVE MOVING MEN TO HELP ME? We have trustworthy, local movers that work with us who will take the utmost care of your belongings and get them moved safely and securely.  Call for more information.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME PERIOD TO RENT A STORAGE UNIT? Naturally, we hope you will stay with us for a long time; but if you need to move after only one month, your last month's deposit will be cheerfully refunded to you upon our usual post-move-out inspection.

HOW ARE THE UNITS LOCKED? You lock the unit yourself with your own lock, and you keep the key.

WHAT IF I NEED TO GET INTO MY STORAGE UNIT AFTER HOURS? We understand that sometimes things happen that will prevent you from getting into your unit during our regular hours.  Should such a circumstance occur, you only need to call us to arrange for the gate to be opened for you. And a 24-hour keypad gate entry system is on the way soon.
